Craft around the block craft show.

It was hot and windy, but a lot of fun. My hats were a hit. I have another show in October and November so I will be busy. Giraffe

My first crochet giraffe, The yellow one I made firsts the green one second. The yellow one my grandson loves to play with, he hugs him,and grabs his tale and swings it around. Both these are rattles. Jaxon is my toy tester.   

Infant Turkey Hat

The pattern I used was form Stitchin' Mommy. I used her fox pattern for the hat style, and the Turkey hat for the face. This hat could also be made with ear flaps. 

Good Morning

I have retired my paper crafts. I have enjoyed paper crafts and miss making my projects. I found I was in one room by  myself while my family was in another room. I was missing a lot of family time.

I had to do something to keep my hands busy, so I started crochet. I will be sharing my projects here.  They are not my designes, Thanks to pintrest and great instuctions from the designers, it has made learning crochet easy to learn.

Brandon & Nicole Gender Reveal!

Hello Stampers
I have a had a busy May, My daughter and Son In-law are expecting their first baby. The exciting part was the parents found out the gender of the baby and did a gender reveal for them. I am happy to say my first Grandson will be born in October.
I have been busy with two gender reveals and will have three showers to make things for the next 3 months. my Son In-Laws sister is have a boy in August, her Mom is doing a jungle theme, I will post the things I have made her her shower, My daughter is having her baby shower the end of July she is doing a little man them, there is also a family friend having a baby shower in August, she is also doing a little man shower.I will post pictures of all the neat things I have made.

Please enjoy the video as Brandon and Nicole find out that their baby will be. The pink and blue balloons really confused them.

Hi Stampers 

I hope everyone is finding time to craft.  Sometimes we need to make a card larger than an A-2 card. This was card I made for our WW leader and I knew we would have a lot of signatures.

I used basic black & whisper white card stock, the ribbon is our new color Blackberry bliss.

Bunnies and Chicks!

Happy Saturday!
Today I want to share with you bunnies and chicks. I found this idea on Pintrest and thought they were so cute and had to give them a try.
I used the Curvy Keepsake box thinlits (135853). The punches I used, Heart punch (Itty bitty accents punch pack 133787), X-large oval (119859) Large Oval, 119855, blossom punch (125603), Owl punch medium and large circles (118074).

Simple Fix!

Hi Creative Stampers
I finally have my video posted. I  had computer issues & hubby had to take it to have it looked at. One piece of advice; if you ever do a download don't walk away from the computer thinking all will be good. I think everything down loaded but what I wanted. All is fixed and back to normal.

You Got Me Ribbons!

 Hi Creative Stampers
Today I want to share a story about a kitten that adopted us. She was a barn cat a knew she wanted a home, My daughter (who lives at home still), has taken responsibility for the kitten (now cat). We discovered one day that she loves ribbons, We were finding ribbons all over our house and wonder how they were getting there, until one day lily comes into our room and jumps on the bed wanting to play with the ribbon. She gets so excited when playing with her ribbons. She carries them around like they are kittens.
Today my daughter has sent me a picture she found on Facebook.
